Hotel Zermama Zermatt

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the bar and restaurant area with a great atmosphere for apres-ski. I also loved that the hotel was situated right next to a flowing river, adding to the scenic charm of the surroundings.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better; it's conveniently located close to the train station and opposite the Sunnega funicular, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. We were impressed with the wide range of facilities available to us, including room service, housekeeping, laundry and grocery shopping service, and the shuttle service was a really nice touch. The amenities in our room were fantastic and added to the overall luxury feel of the place. We especially appreciated the electric kettle and the flat-screen TV.

This venue comes highly recommended; we would definitely stay here again.

This made it convenient for us to go skiing and explore the area. the room we stayed in was modern and well-appointed, providing us with a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel's interiors were also stylishly designed, creating a nice ambiance throughout.

There were a few issues that affected our overall experience. the room temperature was controlled by reception, and we couldn't adjust it ourselves.

The hotel was situated by the river, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of continental options. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from my room. the hotel had convenient facilities such as a heated boot room and a leisure facility with steam and sauna baths.

That the hotel did not offer dinner options, which meant having to venture out for evening meals.

I had the pleasure of staying at Zermama and was delighted with my experience. The location was perfect, with amazing views of the fine Matterhorn. The hotel's proximity to the Sunnegga Bahn and bus stop made getting around easy. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing me with great tips and ensuring I had a fantastic stay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and despite its smaller size, the view more than made up for it. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to ski into Italy and found the runs to be in excellent condition. And although breakfast could have had more selection, the range of items was still well-presented. I highly recommend Zermama for a nice stay in Zermatt.
